Isaiah 53:1–8 (NASB95) — 1 Who has believed our message? And to whom has the arm of Yehwah been revealed? 2 For He grew up before Him like a tender shoot, And like a root out of parched ground; He has no stately form or majesty That we should look upon Him, Nor appearance that we should be attracted to Him. 3 He was despised and forsaken of men, A man of sorrows and acquainted with grief; And like one from whom men hide their face He was despised, and we did not esteem Him. 4 Surely our griefs He Himself “bore = נָשָׂא = lifted up" , And our sorrows He “carried = סָבַל“ ; Yet we ourselves esteemed Him stricken, Smitten of God, and afflicted. 5 But He was pierced through “because of” our transgressions, He was crushed “because of” our iniquities; The "Discipline =
" of Peace is within Him, And by "Wounds = חַבּוּרָה ” or “so that within joining, Marks = “וּבַחֲבֻרָת" we are healed. 6 All of us like sheep have gone astray, Each of us has turned to his own way; and Yehwah “encountered” within himself !” All our iniquities. 7 He was oppressed and He was afflicted, Yet He did not open His mouth; Like a lamb that is led to slaughter, And like a sheep that is silent before its shearers, So He did not open His mouth. 8 By oppression of injustice He was taken away; And as for His generation, who considered That He was cut off out of the land of the living For the transgression of my people, to whom the stroke was due?
[Isa 53:1-2; Who has understood the strength of Yehwah's Seed. The Messiah is the planting of Yehawah’s Spiritual Life in the dry ground of human hearts. Yeshua was not attractive or popular and did not seek to please the socially accepted idols of his time.
Isa 53:3; 4; Mt 8:16; 17; Messiah Yeshua was despised and rejected by the people that claim to know Yehwah, but did not know Him. Messiah Yeshua, mercifully reached out to heal the spiritual sickness of Israel and suffered sorrows because of their unrepentant sinfulness. The people even considered that the Messiah was being punished by Yehwah, because Yeshua, “bore = נָשָׂא = lifted up" our sorrows and, "carried = סָבַל“ our grief.

The term, “Bore our Sin" refers to Yeshua suffering the cruelty of sinful and lawless people that violently rejected him. Yeshua lived a life of perfect Holiness and became the, "Good Shepherd" who laid down His life for the sheep. Yeshua's Perfect Obedience became an example of Righteousness and holiness for His disciples to follow. Disciples hearts and minds are healed as they learn obedience through suffering as they resist sin and learn Righteousness that leads to Holiness and Peace.
Isa 53:8; Jn 11:47; 48; 49; 50; 51; 52; 53; Mk 14:61; 62; 63; 64; Ro 3:15-18; The Jewish people of Messiah's generation unjustly condemned Yeshua and violently crucified the promised Savior. The high priest considered Yeshua worthy of death because He claim to be the Christ the Son of Yehwah. The priesthood had corrupted their understanding of the Holiness of Sacrificial offerings. The high priest ordained the murder of Yehwah's, "Sinless Lamb" as a lawless attempt to cover up their sins with a scapegoat sacrifice. Even to this day, unrepentant religious leaders teach that Messiah Yeshua became a, "Scape Goat" and was cut off from the Heavenly Father. ]
