CiRCUMCiSiON n COVENANT LAW

  Circumcision, Faith, and Covenant Law became one of the most controversial questions that the Apostles examined as they proclaimed the, "Good News" of Salvation. Circumcision in the flesh identified Israel as Yehawah's set apart Covenant people. The symbolic sign did not supersede Circumcision of the heart. Cutting away mankind sinful lawlessness is the True Circumcision of Sanctification, and Justification through Faith in Messiah Yeshua.
Acts 5:29; 30; 31; 32;  34; 38; 39; 22:3; 6; 7; 8; The Apostle Paul had been trained in Scripture by Gamaliel a highly respected teacher of Yahweh's Covenant Law. Paul's Roman citizenship and Biblical training uniquely qualified him to proclaim the Revelation of Messiah's , "Mysteries of Salvation" to the Gentile world.

Cutting Away Sin from Israel

(Ge 1:26; 27; 2:3; 9; 16-17; ) Yehawah's Covenant Commandments existed before Adam and Eve ate of the Tree of the knowledge of Good and Evil. 
(Ge 3:14; 15; 21; 22; 4:7;) Yehawah Mercifully revealed to Abraham the Covenant of Restoration. The "Seed of a woman"; Messiah Yeshua will crush the head of Satan's Evil spiritual influence over the children of Adam and Eve. This is the Promised Seed of Abraham that will turn the hearts of mankind to Obey Yehawah by cutting away sin and lawlessness.

Very quickly Israel became unfaithful to Yehawah's Covenant agreement by worshiping a golden calf. The first Covenant was shattered by Moses; but Yehawah Mercifully Renewed His Covenant Pledge to Abraham's descendants. 
  Hebrews 10:1; 2; 3-4; 5; 6; 7; 8; 9; In addition to the 10 Covenant Commandments; Yehawah instructed Moses to institutionalize three symbolic memorials of Abraham's Faithfulness that are called, "Works of the Law". Abraham Faithfully Tithed, made Sacrificial Offerings, and was Circumcised in his heart and flesh. These sacrificial "Works" reminded Israel that Yehawah Mercifully Forgives and Restores the Truly repentant to a Heart of Loving Obedience.

Covenant of Circumcision

 Genesis 17:1-2; 11; Yehawah Eloheyem commanded Abraham to be circumcised in the flesh of his foreskin as a, "Sign of the Covenant". The "Sign of Circumcision" is only a reminder of the importance of  Obeying Yehawah's "Covenant Commandments".
 Genesis 17:10 NASB; This verse, should be translated; This is My Covenant wherein abides between Me and between you and between your seed after; Circumcision. Abraham learned that Faithfully Obeying Yehawah Eloheyem's Commandments, is the True Covenant of  Circumcision.  (Ge 17:8; 19; 20; )

Circumcising Israel

 Exodus 12:43; 48; 49; 1-2; 3; 4; 5-6; 7-8; 9; 13; 14; 17; 18; Yehawah promises to Circumcise the heart of everyone that turns to Him for Salvation.  Only Circumcised worshipers may join in Israel's Passover fellowship with Yehawah.

Deeper meaning is portrayed in the symbols of unleavened bread and wine of Passover remembrance.  Spiritual Circumcision is obtained through participation in the sacrifice of Obedience.

Circumcision of a Servants Heart

  John 14:6; 17:17; 19; Heb 7:25; 26; Messiah Yeshua is the Perfect High Priest Melchizedek, the Living Word, and the Way, Truth, and Life. True Sanctification is the Circumcision of the heart that is completely cut off from sinful disobedience.
 Hebrews 5:5; 6; 7; 8-9; 10; 12; 13-14; 7:1; 2; 3; 11; 12; 15-16; 17-18; 19; 22-23; 24-25; 26; 28; 10:8; 9; 15; 16; 17; Messiah Yeshua made His Life a Sacrifice of Perfect Obedience that restored the High Priesthood of Melchizedek as the Eternal Mediator between Yehawah and all mankind. The temporary priesthood of Aaron never perfected Israel's obedience to Yehawah's Covenant Commandments and Righteous Laws. The sacrificial "Works of the Law" performed by Levites would be replaced by the requirement that followers of Messiah Yeshua make their own life a sacrifice of Obedience. Yehawah did NOT change His Covenant Commandments or Righteous Laws. Messiah Yeshua's Spirit of Holiness leads True worshipers to Obedience in the Renewed Covenant of Life.

"Good News" for Gentiles

 Romans 15:13; 14; 15;  Acts 17:22; 23; 24; 25; 26; 27-28; 29; 30; 31;  Jn 6:44-45; The apostle Paul became a minister of the, "Good News" to the Gentiles. Paul boldly taught Yehawah's Spiritually revealed truth from the Covenant Laws and the Prophetic Promises in Scriptures. Many Gentiles were turning to Yehawah as they were led by His Spirit of Holiness. 
 Romans 15:16; 17-18; 1:1-3; 4; 5; 8:3; 4; 12:1; 2; Paul's priestly ministry instructed the Gentiles to make their lives an obedient sacrificial act of worshiping Yehawah Eloheyem. The Lamb of Yehawah; Messiah Yeshua made His Life a sacrifice of Perfect Obedience for His disciples to follow.  

Spiritual Discernment

 1 Corinthians 7:1-2; 3; 4; 5; 6-7; 8-9; 10-11; 12; 13; 14; 15; 16; 17; 19;  Paul instructs new believers with his personal perspective on living an orderly Spiritual Life. Paul identifies the difference between his personal orderly resolution of Spiritual questions and the importance of Obeying Yahweh's Commandments.

Atonement Cleansing

 1 Corinthians 7:18; 19; The apostle Paul ministered to Jews and Gentiles that were turning to Faith in Yeshua; the promised Messiah Savior.  Both circumcised Jews and uncircumcised Gentiles that repented of their sinful lawlessness would receive Forgiveness and the cleansing Mercy of Messiah Yeshua's Spirit of Holiness. Paul clearly teaches that the Jews should not reject Yehawah's Covenant "Sign of Circumcision". 
(Acts 10:15; 28; 33-34; 35-36; 37; 38; 39; 40-41; 42-43; 44-45; ) Peter and Paul recognized that repentant Gentiles that received Yehawah's Holy Spirit were being cleansed from sinful lawless disobedience by the True Circumcision of their hearts.
(Heb 10:15; 16; 17; Jer 31:33; 34; ) The gift of the Holy Spirit would renew Yehawah's Covenant with Israel by writing His Laws in the mind and on the heart of Faithful disciples of Messiah Yeshua.

(Acts 11:1; 2-3; ) Peter and Paul continually encountered the question; is the sign of circumcision in the flesh; required for Gentile converts to join Yehawah's Covenant with Israel. Circumcision in the flesh originated as a sign of Yehawah's Covenant that already existed in Abraham's heart. Circumcision in the flesh is a painful reminder in blood; that Obedience to Yehawah's Commandments are required to remain in the Covenant. The Covenant Promises and required Obedience existed before the "Sign of Circumcision in the flesh".

Mediation of Mercy

 Galatians 5:2-3; 4-5; 6-7; Paul opposes Israel's misplaced reliance on the sign of circumcision in the flesh and animal sacrifices. The symbolic, "Works of the Law" did NOT produce Justification through Faithful Obedience that is True Righteousness.
(Ro 9:30-31; 32; 11:6-7; Heb 10:1; 2; 3-4; 5-6; 7; 8; 9; 15; 16; 17; Ro 3:20 NASB; Ro 3:28 NASB; Ga 2:16 NASB; Ga 3:2 NASB; Ga 3:5 NASB; Ga 3:10 NASB;  The "Works of the Law" are symbolic acts performed to acquire "Mercy and Restoration"; that the law required. Circumcision in the flesh and animal sacrifices became institutionalized through the mediation of the Levitical priesthood; 430 years after Abraham originally received the Covenant Promises. The Levitical priests performed the "Works of the Law" as a way of leading Israel into Obedience. The "Works of the Law" were intended to help direct Israel to seek Yehawah's Mercy and Forgiveness of sin. Yehawah's True Justification occurs when Israel's restoration produces Obedience to Yehawah's Covenant Commandments and laws of Righteousness, Truth, and Love. Messiah Yeshua came to reveal the Heavenly Father's Promise to Mercifully Renew His Covenant with Israel by the cleansing restoration of His Holy Spirit.

Abraham's Sin & Repentant Heart

Psa 32:1; 2; 5; 8; 10-11; Yehawah forgave Abraham; because he had repented of his sexual sin with Hagar.
Genesis 17:1-2; 7; 10; 11; Abraham waited 13 years after Ishmael's birth; until Yehawah renewed His Covenant Promise and established the sign of Circumcision. Abraham was required to teach his children Yehawah's way of Justice and Righteousness. The sign of Circumcision in the flesh represented Abraham's commitment to Obey Yehawah's requirements by keeping His Commandments, Decrees, and Laws.
Galatians 3:8; 16; The restoration of Abraham and Sarah's marriage union would bring blessings from Yehawah. 
(Ge 12:1; 2; 3; 4; 15:2; 3-4; 5-6; 17:16; 18:10-11; 14; 18; 19;  22:18; 26:4; 5; 28:14; Heb 11:11; 12; 13; 14-15; 16; ) Abraham's love for Sarah remained faithful and they receive the promised son Isaac. Isaac's birth symbolically look forward to the "Seed of Abraham; Messiah Yeshua".  Abraham's "Faithfulness and Obedience" worked together to produce the Righteousness that Yehawah desires in the heart of everyone that loves His Words of Truth.

Abraham's many acts of Faithful Obedience became an example of True Righteousness.

Sowing the Seed

 Galatians 5:1-2; 3; Acts 13:32; 33; 38-39; 40; 41; At the appointed time; the Promised Seed of Abraham became manifest to Israel. Messiah Yeshua’s arrival would confront the circumcised descendants of Abraham. The Covenant sign of Circumcision only revealed Israel's spiritual bondage to sin. The sacrificial system intended to turn their hearts to Obedience became a False substitution for the Righteousness Yehawah requires to Justify Mercy and Forgiveness.  
(Ro 9:31-32; 10:5; 8;  Of all the tribes of Israel; only Judah and Levi retained the, "Works of the Law" in a superficial practice of circumcision and animal sacrifices that did not represent the True repentance of Abraham.
(Jn 5:39-40; 42; 45-46; 47; Deut 18:15; 16; 17-18; 19; Acts 3:17-18; 19-20; 21; 22; 23-24; 25; 26;  )  Judah and Levi did not listen to Moses. Messiah Yeshua came to restore Israel to a heart of love for Yehawah's Covenant Commandments and Laws. 
(Jn 8:31-32; 33-34; 35-36; 37-38; 39-40; 41; 42-43; 44; 45-46; 47; Mk 7:6; 7-8; 9; 13; Ro 7:14; 6:18; 22; 8:1; 2; 3; 4; 5; 6; 7-8; 9; 10:1-2; 3-4; 5-6; 7-8; 9-10; 11-12; Deut 30:10; 11; 12-13; 14-15; 16; 19; 20; Ro 12:1; 2; ) The Jewish teachers of the law had uncircumcised hearts and were enslaved to sinful lawlessness. Messiah Yeshua called everyone to repent by turning away from their disobedience to the Covenant Commandments and Laws. 
 Mark 1:14-15; 1 Jn 1:9-10; 2:1-2; 3-4; 5-6; 7; 8; 3:1; 2-3; 4-5; 6-7; 8; 9; 10; 
Acts 2:38; Heb 10:15; 16; 17;  Repentant Baptized believers in Messiah Yeshua may receive Merciful Forgiveness and the promised cleansing Spirit of Holiness to lead them into Obedience to Yehawah's Covenant Commandments and Laws of Love.   

Symbolic Works?

 Galatians 5:3; Paul reiterates that Circumcision is a commitment to keep the whole law. Paul never teaches anyone to disobey Yehawah's Covenant Commandments and Laws. Paul is only opposing the deceptive reliance on Circumcision in the flesh as a sign of "Justification and Righteousness". Circumcision in the flesh did not produce; true repentance and a Circumcised heart. Abraham's heart of Obedience is the True Circumcision that identifies Yehawah's Covenant people. The sign of Circumcision in the flesh is only a reminder that Yehawah's Covenant people must keep His Commandments and Laws.
 Galatians 5:4 NASB; Paul metaphorically states that relying on Circumcision in the flesh will sever Israel from the Mercy that is obtained through Faith in  Messiah Yeshua's Forgiveness of sin. 
(Ro 4:1-2; 3-4; 5-6; Psa 32:1-2; 5; 8; 10-11; 51:1-2; 3-4; 6; 9-10; 11-13; 15-16; 17; Ga 3:6-7; 8-9; ) Abraham did not attempt to offer any animal sacrifice as a way to seek "Mercy or Justification" from his sin. Abraham Faithfully listened to Yehawah's voice that guided his heart to return to Faithful Obedience. Yehawah reckoned Abraham's Faithfulness as Righteousness and he received Mercy and restoration of the Covenant Promised before receiving the sign of Circumcision.  
(Ga 3:1; Ga 3:2 NASB; Ga 3:3-4; Ga 3:5 NASB; Ga 3:17; 18; 19; 20; 21; 22; 23; 24-25; Heb 10:1; 2-3; 4-5; 6-7; 8; 9; 15; 16; 17; ) The "Works of the Law" that were institutionalized through the Levitical priesthood came 430 years after Abraham received the Covenant of the Promised Seed. The "Works of the Law"are symbolic acts performed to acquire Forgivenesss and cleansing Mercy.  The, "Works of the Law" became a tutor through the symbolic acts of circumcision in the flesh and animal sacrifices that did not perfect the worshipers of Yehawah. The, "Works of the Law" were institutionalized through the mediation of Levitical priests. Circumcision in the flesh and animal sacrifices identified Yehawah's Covenant people and set them apart from the Gentile nations. Symbolic acts of Circumcision in the flesh and animal sacrifices did not stop Israel from disobeying Yehawah's Covenant Commandments and Laws. Yehawah promised to renew His Covenant with Israel by writing His laws in their mind and on their heart. Love for Yehawah's Mercy will Circumcise the heart of Israel to bring about Obedience to the Covenant Commandments and Laws. The sacrifice of Loving Obedience becomes the True Circumcision of the heart that was desired in the symbolic acts of the "Works of the Law".

 Galatians 5:5-6; Jn 1:29-30; 31-32; 33; 34-36; 14:15; 15:9-10; 1 Jn 2:1; 2-3; 4-5; 6-7; 4:7-8; 9-10; 11-13; Messiah Yeshua is the Passover lamb and Atonement sacrificial offering that Mercifully cleanses repentant worshipers of passed sins. Messiah Yeshua's Spirit of Holiness is poured out to repentant baptized worshipers. The Spirit of Holiness Circumcises their mind and heart to lead disciples into Obedience to the Covenant Commandments and Laws of Yehawah. Perfect observance of the Covenant Commandments are an expression of Love for Yehawah the Father and Son and all mankind. Paul is not diminishing or abolishing the value of Circumcision in the flesh as a sign of the Covenant. 
  Romans 1:5; 2:25; 26; 27; 28; 29; Paul correctly identifies the importance of the True Circumcision of the heart that Perfects Faithful Obedience to the Covenant Commandments and Laws of Yehawah.

Righteous Work of Love

 Galatians 5:5-6; The original Greek states:  We, because of the Spirit, through Faithfulness Hopefully {await Righteousness

 1 Corinthians 7:22; 23-24; Jn 6:44-45; 8:31-32; 34-36; 56; 10:29; 30; Ro 8:3; 4; 12:1; 2; Disciples are called to abide in the Heavenly Father through unity of the Spirit of Holiness that is in Messiah Yeshua. The apostle Paul explains; that if a person is called as a slave; then they become Spiritually Free to serve the Heavenly Father in Holiness and Newness of Life. Paul is not instructing new believers to remain in their physical state of life at the time of their calling to Salvation in Messiah Yeshua.  Spiritual changes in the life of new disciples may produce changes in their physical state of being or positions in life. All disciples are called to live a Life of Holiness through Obedient Love. The Spirit of Holiness leads disciples away from sinful natural desires of the flesh. The sign of Circumcision in the flesh is still a reminder that a man must keep Yehawah's Covenant Commandments and Laws. But, Circumcision in the flesh and animal sacrifices never perfected Obedience from a heart of Love for Yehawah.

Obedient Faith

 Galatians 5:11; Ge 17:11; 12; 13;14; Lev 12:3; Paul states that he still teaches that the sign of Circumcision in the flesh is valuable and in agreement with the commandment to circumcise a male child on the eighth day after birth. 
 Galatians 4:29; 6:12;  Paul was persecuted by the Jews for teaching that Messiah Yeshua is the True Savior who would Circumcise the hearts of Israel and Renew the Covenant of Yehawah with His cleansing Atonement sacrifice. The Cross became a stumbling block to the unbelieving Jews; who were Uncircumcised in their hearts and refused to turn to Messiah Yeshua to be Saved. Circumcision in the flesh is valuable if a worshiper keeps Yehawah's Covenant Commandments and Laws. Signs and symbols do not save; but are reminders that motivate Obedience and Love for Yehawah's Covenant Commandments and Laws.

 Acts 21:18-19; 20; 21; 22-23; 24; 26; 22:1-2; 3; Unbelieving Jews with Uncircumcised hearts falsely accused Paul of teaching disobedience to Yehawah's laws and that Jews should not circumcise their male children on the eighth day. Paul proved himself innocent of all false accusations. 
 Acts 11:9-10; 11-12; 13-14; 15-16; 17; 18; 15:19; 20; 21; Jn 6:45; 46-48; Acts 2:32-33; 34-35; 36-37; 38; 39; All the apostles agreed that the Gentile converts should be taught from the law given to Moses as they assemble on the Sabbath as commanded by Yehawah. The Gentile converts would not be burdened with the sacrificial, "Works of the Law" as a way to receive Merciful Cleansing from sin that did NOT produce Justification. The Heavenly Father has poured out the Spirit of Holiness to cleanse Repentant believers hearts and lead them into Obedience to the Covenant Commandments and Laws. Gentiles have received the True Circumcision of the heart through the Saving Mercy of Messiah Yeshua.

Cut Away from Lawlessness

 Galatians 6:12; 13; 14-15; Mt 23:15; 
Rev 14:12; Jewish leaders with Uncircumcised hearts required Gentile converts to be Circumcised in the flesh. The unconverted Jews boasted in their fleshly symbolism of circumcision; but they did not obey Yehawah's commandments or laws. The hearts of all mankind need to be Circumcised by the Holy Spirit to lead them into Faithful Obedience to the Covenant Commandments and Laws of Yehawah. 
(Mt 19:16; 17; Lk 10:25-26; 27-28; 20:34-35; 36; 37-38; Ro 6:1-2; 3; 4; 5; 6; 8-9; 10-11; 12; 13; 16; 17-18; 19-20; 21; 22-23; Ga 5:5-6; ) Everyone must Repent, be Baptize, and received the gift of the Holy Spirit to help overcome their natural sinful nature before they may enter into Eternal Life; at the Resurrection of the Righteous.  
(Acts 24:15; 21; 26:8; Jn 3:3; 5-6; 7-8; 5:26; 27-28; 29; Da 12:2; Rev 20:4; 5; 6; 7-8; 9; 11; 12; Eze 37:3; 11; 12; 13; 23; 24; 26; 27-28; 39:23; 24; 25; 26; 27; 28; 29; Ro 11:15; 26-27; Jer 31:33; 34; )  The Resurrected Saints will reign with Messiah Yeshua in the Kingdom of Yehawah on earth that will bring Salvation to all of mankind. The rest of unsaved mankind will be resurrected to renewed physical life at the end of the First 1,000 years of Yehawah's Kingdom on earth. Messiah Yeshua will bring everything into submission to Yehawah's Covenant Commandments and Laws.
(1 Cor 15:21-22; 23-24; 25-26; 27; 28; 
2 Cor 5:17-18; 19; 20; Eph 4:24; Col 3:10; 
Rev 21:1; 2; 3; 4; 5; 6-7; ) After the  White Throne Judgement; the Heavenly Father will create a New Heaven and a New Earth in which Righteousness, Truth and, Love will remain Eternally.

Israel’s Sins & YeHaWaH’s Restoration

 Ephesians 2:11; 12; 13; 17-18; 19-20; 21-22;  Ro 10:15-16; 17; 18; 19; 21; 11:6-7; 11-12; 13-14; 15; 22; 23; 24; 25-26; 27; Heb 4:9-10; 11; 12; 13; 14; 15; 16; Gentile converts are being grafted into Yehawah's Covenant Promise to Israel. The Law of separation from the Gentile world through fleshly Circumcision; is replace by Unity in the Holy Spirit through the Circumcision of the heart.
(Eph 2:14; 15; 16; Acts 11:1-2; 3-4; 8; 9-10; 11-12; 13-14; 15-16; 17; 18; ) The Covenant Commandments and Laws of Yehawah were given to Israel to form a Righteous nation that would be a light to the Gentiles.
(Acts 7:42; 43; Amos 5:22; 23-25; 26; 27; Isa 1:2; 4; 11; 12; 13; 14; 15; 16; 17; 18; 19-20; 43:22; 24; 25; 26-27; ) Israel's UnCircumcised hearts turned the sign of the Covenant into a painful reminder of their separation from Yehawah. Continuel sacrificial offerings could not cleanse Israel from their sins of rebellion against the Covenant Commandments of Yehawah.
(Ro 8:3; 4; Acts 7:51; 17:30; 31; Isa 55:1; 2; 3; 4; 5; 6-7; 8; 9; Eze 11:19; 20; 36:26; 27;) Messiah Yeshua came to condemn sin in the flesh and required True Repentance. Both Jew and Gentile worshipers may receive the cleansing Forgiveness of Yehawah's Spirit of  Holiness that renews the Covenant Tree of Life. Messiah Yeshua rejected the Jews superficial misuse of the sign of circumcision in the flesh and animal sacrifices that separated Israel from the Gentile sinners. 
(Jn 4:9; 10; 14; 19-20; 21-22; 23-24; ) Messiah Yeshua's Spirit of Holiness will lead true worshipers of Yehawah into Obedience to the Covenant Commandments and Laws. 
(Mt 5:17; 18; 19; Isa 42:1-2; 3; 4; 6; 21; 2:1; 2; 3; 4; 5; 9:6; 7; 11:1; 2; 3; 4; 5; 6; 7-8; 9; ) Messiah Yeshua said that He did not abolish the law; but He magnified, glorified, and came to fill mankind with the correct understanding of the purpose of the instructions within Yehawah's Commandments. 
(Ex 20:6; Jn 14:15; 15:9; 10; Heb 5:8-10; 12:2; 3-4; 5; 6; 7-8; 9; 10; 11; ) Messiah Yeshua taught His disciples to keep His Father's Commandments and abide in His Love. Messiah Yeshua did not change His Father's commandments; but He was an example of Perfect Obedience for everyone to follow.

"Good News" the Kingdom of True Circumcision 

 Philippians 3:2-3; Jer 4:4; 6:10; 9:23; 24; 25; 26; Lev 26:40; 41; 42; 43; 44; 45; 46;  Ro 2:28; 29; Yehawah desires to show His Mercy and Restoring Love to all mankind; so Repent and Believe the "Good News".  
(Acts 1:4; 5-6; 7; 3:17-18; 19-20; 21; 22; 25; 26; Jn 4:23-24;) Messiah Yeshua's disciples looked forward to the Restoration of Yehawah's Covenant with Israel.
(Eze  44:5; 6; 7; 8; 9; 15; 16; 23; 24; ) Messiah Yeshua will establish the Kingdom of Yehawah on earth and restore the Covenant Commandments and Laws that include the sign of Circumcision in the heart and flesh of True worshipers of Yahweh. 
(Ge 2:3: Ex 20:6; 8; 31:12; 13; 14; 16; 17; Eze 20:12; 19-20; ) The Sabbath rest is also a sign of Yehawah's Faithfulness to those who Love Him and keep His Covenant Commandments and Laws.

Circumcision, the Way, Truth, and Life
  
 Colossians 2:9-10; 11; 12; 13; 14; Disciples of Messiah Yeshua are baptized into His death and symbolically raised to Renewed Life by the power of His Holy Spirit that is the True  Circumcision of the heart.
(Jn 1:1; 11-12; 13; 14; Lk 2:21; 22; 23-24; Ga 4:4-5; 6; Mt 3:13-14; 15; 16; 17; ) The Eternal Son; who is called the Word of Yehawah, entered into His creation by becoming a fleshly human. Messiah Yeshua parents faithfully circumcised him on the eighth day and redeemed their firstborn with the required offering. Messiah Yeshua was baptized by John and the Heavenly Father praised His Son's Righteous Obedience. 
(Mt 4:4; 7; 10; ) Messiah Yeshua Faithfully resisted Satan's temptation to sin. 
(1 Pe 2:21-22; 23; 24; 25; ) Messiah Yeshua offered His Life as a sacrifice of Perfect Obedience and Trusted in His Father to Justly Vindicate Him from the false accusations of the Jewish teachers of the law. 
(Jn 14:15; 15:9-10; ) Messiah Yeshua Faithfully Obeyed His Heavenly Father's Commandments and remains in His Love Forever. 
(Acts 2:32-33; 36-37; 38; 5:32; Heb 5:9; ) Messiah Yeshua received the Promised Spirit of Holiness that is poured out to everyone that Obeys Him. 
(Ro 6:4; 5; 6; 10-12; 13; 16; 22; Php 2:5-6; 7-8; 9-10; 11;)  Disciples are baptized into Messiah Yeshua's death as a commitment to, " Cut Away" their sinful nature by living a renewed life of Obedience to Yehawah's Covenant Commandments and Laws. 
(Ro 2:29; Eph 2:11; 12; ) The word; "Circumcision" means to; "Cut Away" or to be; "Separated" from sinful lawlessness. 
 Colossians 2:13; 14; Messiah Yeshua Forgives sin and offers His cleansing Spirit of Holiness that renews Yehawah's Covenant by writing the Commandments and Laws in the mind and on the heart of Faithful worshipers. When Messiah Yeshua was nailed to the cross He exposed the list of all mankind's transgressions and sins against Yehawah's Righteous Commandments and Laws. Everyone that repents and turns to Messiah Yeshua will receive Forgiveness of sin and the list of their transgressions will be canceled.  Justification occurs when sinners repent and turn to Obey Yehawah's Covenant Commandments and Laws.
(Mt 5:17; 18; 19; ) Messiah Yeshua does not change or abolish His Heavenly Father's Commandments or Laws.
(Psa 9:7-8; 96:1-2; 8-9; 10; 13; Isa 26:2-3; 4; 8; 9; Acts 17:31; ) If there was no law; then Messiah Yeshua could not Judge the world or establish Righteousness on earth.

Sign of Faithfulness

 Every man that enters into the Covenant of Salvation through Messiah Yeshua will be Circumcised in his heart for Obedience to the Commandments and laws of Yehawah. Circumcision in the flesh is still a commanded sign of the Covenant and valuable if a man keeps the Laws. Also Faithful parents should Obediently circumcise their male child on the eighth day as Commanded by Yehawah. There is a blessing for obedience that benefits in a natural way of improved cleanliness and health. The sign of Circumcision in the flesh was always intended to be a Spiritual reminder of Yehawah's Covenant with Abraham's descendants.  The sign of Circumcision and animal sacrifices symbolically portrayed Yehawah's Covenant requiring a Sacrifice of Obedience. 
 (Ga 3:27-28; 29; ) Messiah Yeshua's Spirit of Holiness Renews Yehawah's Covenant in the hearts of Faithful worshipers.

Human Nature vs Spiritual Truth

Modern society proclaims its intellectual superiority over Yehawah's instructions. Cultural degrading of male leadership in marriage and family attempts to alter the roles in parenting. Opponents of patriarchal authority reject Yehawah's creation of the marriage union between one man and one woman. Abraham received the sign of Circumcision in the flesh to designate his responsibility to teach Yehawah’s  Covenant Commandments and laws to his children. Christianity has also joined in the dishonoring of the Heavenly Father's hegemony over all life. The sign of Circumcision in the flesh has physical and Spiritual value.  Unspiritual mankind also reject Yehawah's Commanded Sabbath assemblies. Ignorance abounds as scriptural Food laws are despised. Mankind inflicts upon itself degrading diets of unclean and diseased animals. Disobedience to Yehawah brings suffering and death. But, Obedience brings Blessing and Life.
