ATONEMENT; HOLY SACRIFICE & AZAZEL; SATAN GOAT

   The Day of Atonement: Reveals the Eternal Creator's participation in the struggle of good against evil. Symbolism is used within the ritualistic animal sacrifices of Levitical Priestly Law. For symbolism to be properly understood there must be a clear association between the ritual performed in the Old Testament and the revealed truth defined in corresponding scriptural references. Many New Testament quotes portray atonement sacrificial imagery as identifiers of doctrinal prescriptions for salvation.



There are several viewpoints dictated by scholars of the 

Le 16:8-22; offering of the two identical goats to The Eternal on the Day of Atonement. Some scholars assume that each goat represents the Christ (Messiah): the first goat is chosen by The Eternal as a pure, acceptable and holy sacrifice; the second goat is portrayed as the innocent bearer of human sin (scapegoat). Another scholarly review observes the first goat as a perfect holy sacrifice and the second goat is cast out (Azazel) identifying Satan as the source of sin. Do scriptural references prove both doctrines??? 


If the Savior is a pure and sinless sacrifice; can He also become our sins and be separated from the Heavenly Father; while enduring the punishment mankind deserves. A thorough examination of Atonement will shine light upon the True Salvation, Justice and Mercy of The Eternal toward those who Love Him; and Wrath and Punishment upon those that Hate Him.

{Goat 1: Holy Sacrifice: Christ}

(Ex 30:10; Once a year Aaron shall make atonement on its horns. This annual atonement must be made with the blood of the atoning sin offering for the generations to come. It is most holy to (Yehwah).”


Le 23:26-32; (Yehwah) said to Moses, 27 “The tenth day of this seventh month is the Day of Atonement. Hold a sacred assembly and deny yourselves, and present an offering made to Yehwah by fire. 28 Do no work on that day, because it is the Day of Atonement, when atonement is made for you before  (Yehwah) your (Elohe). 29 Anyone who does not deny himself on that day must be cut off from his people. 30 I will destroy from among his people anyone who does any work on that day. 31 You shall do no work at all. This is to be a lasting ordinance for the generations to come, wherever you live. 32 It is a sabbath of rest for you, and you must deny yourselves. From the evening of the ninth day of the month until the following evening you are to observe your sabbath.”

Le 16:8-19; He is to cast lots for the two goats—one lot for the "Lord = Yehwah" and the other for the (Azazel)  scapegoat. 9 Aaron shall bring the goat whose lot falls to Yehwah and sacrifice it for a sin offering. 10 But the goat chosen by lot as the (Azazel) scapegoat shall be presented alive before (Yehwah) to be used for making atonement by sending it into the desert as a (Azazel) scapegoat. 11 “Aaron shall bring the bull for his own sin offering to make atonement for himself and his household, and he is to slaughter the bull for his own sin offering. 12 He is to take a censer full of burning coals from the altar before Yehwah and two handfuls of finely ground fragrant incense and take them behind the curtain. 13 He is to put the incense on the fire before (Yehawah), and the smoke of the incense will conceal the atonement cover above the Testimony, so that he will not die. 14 He is to take some of the bull’s blood and with his finger sprinkle it on the front of the atonement cover; then he shall sprinkle some of it with his finger seven times before the atonement cover. 15 “He shall then slaughter the goat for the sin offering for the people and take its blood behind the curtain and do with it as he did with the bull’s blood: He shall sprinkle it on the atonement cover and in front of it. 16 In this way he will make atonement for the Most Holy Place because of the uncleanness and rebellion of the Israelites, whatever their sins have been. He is to do the same for the Tent of Meeting, which is among them in the midst of their uncleanness. 17 No one is to be in the Tent of Meeting from the time Aaron goes in to make atonement in the Most Holy Place until he comes out, having made atonement for himself, his household and the whole community of Israel. 18 “Then he shall come out to the altar that is before Yehwah and make atonement for it. He shall take some of the bull’s blood and some of the goat’s blood and put it on all the horns of the altar. 19 He shall sprinkle some of the blood on it with his finger seven times to cleanse it and to consecrate it from the uncleanness of the Israelites.

1 Jn 2:1; 2; 3; 4; 5; 6; My dear children, I write this to you so that you will not sin. But if anybody does sin, we have one who speaks to the Father in our defense—(Messiah Yeshua, the Lord Yehwah Elohe, the spokesman Logos), the Righteous One. 2 3 We know that we have come to know him if we obey his commands. 4 The man who says, “I know him,” but does not do what he commands is a liar, and the truth is not in him. 5 But if anyone obeys his word, (EL elyon the Most High Father’s) love is truly made complete in him. This is how we know we are in him: 6 Whoever claims to live in him must walk as (Yeshua; Logos) did.

1 Jn 4:10; 11; 12; 13; 14; 15; 16; 17; 18; 19-21; This is love: not that we loved (Eloheyem the Father), but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. 11 Dear friends, since (EL elyon the Father) so loved us, we also ought to love one another. 12 No one has ever seen the Father; but if we love one another, (EL elyon the Father) lives in us and his love is made complete in us. 13 We know that we live in him and he in us, because he has given us of His Spirit. 14 And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent his Son to be the Savior of the world. 15 If anyone acknowledges that "Jesus = Yeshua" is the Son of (EL elyon the Father), (the Father) lives in him and he in (the Father). 16 And so we know and rely on the love (the Father) has for us. (EL elyon) is love. Whoever lives in love lives in (Eloheyem's Family), and (the Father) in him. 17 In this way, love is made complete among us so that we will have confidence on the day of judgment, because in this world we are like him. 18 There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love. 19 We love because he first loved us. 20 If anyone says, “I love (EL elyon),” yet hates his brother, he is a liar. For anyone who does not love his brother, whom he has seen, cannot love (the Father), whom he has not seen. 21 And he has given us this command: Whoever loves (the Father) must also love his brother.

Hebrews 9:18-19; 20; 21-22; 23; 24; This is why even the first covenant was not put into effect without blood. 19 When Moses had proclaimed every commandment of the law to all the people, he took the blood of calves, together with water, scarlet wool and branches of hyssop, and sprinkled the scroll and all the people. 20 He said, “This is the blood of the covenant, which (Elohe; Logos) has commanded you to keep.” 21 In the same way, he sprinkled with the blood both the tabernacle and everything used in its ceremonies. 22 In fact, the law requires that nearly everything be cleansed with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness. 23 It was necessary, then, for the copies of the heavenly things to be purified with these sacrifices, but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these. 24 For "Christ = Messiah Yeshua" did not enter a man-made sanctuary that was only a copy of the true one; he entered heaven itself, now to appear for us in (EL elyon the Father’s) presence.

Heb 10:1-8; 9; 10-15; 16; 17-18; The (law of animal sacrifices) is only a shadow of the good things that are coming—not the realities themselves. For this reason it can never, by the same sacrifices repeated endlessly year after year, make perfect those who draw near to worship. 2 If it could, would they not have stopped being offered? For the worshipers would have been cleansed once for all, and would no longer have felt guilty for their sins. 3 But those sacrifices are an annual reminder of sins, 4 because it is impossible for the blood of bulls and goats to take away (cleansed) sins. 5 Therefore, when "Christ = Messiah Yeshua" came into the world, he said: “Sacrifice and offering you did not desire, but a body you prepared for me; 6 with burnt offerings and sin offerings you were not pleased. 7 Then I said, ‘Here I am—it is written about me in the scroll— I have come to do your will, O (EL elyon).’ ” 8 First he said, “Sacrifices and offerings, burnt offerings and sin offerings you did not desire, nor were you pleased with them” (although the law required them to be made). 9 Then he said, “Here I am, I have come to do your will.” He sets aside the first to establish the second. 10 And by that will, we have been made holy through the sacrifice of the body of (Yeshua; Logos) the Christ once for all. 11 Day after day every priest stands and performs his religious duties; again and again he offers the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins. 12 But when this priest (Yeshua) had offered for all time one sacrifice for sins, he sat down at the right hand of (EL elyon the Father). 13 Since that time he waits for his enemies to be made his footstool, 14 because by one sacrifice he has made perfect forever those who are being made holy. 15 The Holy Spirit(of the Father) also testifies to us about this. First he says: 16 “This is the covenant I will make with them after that time, says (Yehwah EL elyon the Father). I will put my laws in their hearts, and I will write them on their minds.” 17 Then he adds: “Their sins and lawless acts I will remember no more.” 18 And where these have been forgiven, there is no longer any sacrifice for sin.

Heb 2:14; 15; 16; 17; 18; Since the children have flesh and blood, he too shared in their humanity so that by his death he might destroy him who holds the power of death—that is, the devil— 15 and free those who all their lives were held in slavery by their fear of death. 16 For surely it is not angels he helps, but Abraham’s descendants. 17 For this reason he had to be made like his brothers in every way, in order that he might become a merciful and faithful high priest in service to (EL elyon the Father), and that he might make atonement for the sins of the people. 18 Because he himself suffered when he was tempted, he is able to help those who are being tempted.

Heb 2:10; In bringing many sons to glory, it was fitting that the Son of EL elyon the Father, for whom and through whom everything exists, should make the author of their salvation perfect through suffering.

Heb 5:7' 8; 9; 10; During the days of Yeshua’ life on earth, he offered up prayers and petitions with loud cries and tears to the one who could save him from death, and he was heard because of his reverent submission. 8 Although he was a son, he learned obedience from what he suffered 9 and, once made perfect, he became the source of eternal salvation for all who obey him 10 and was designated by (EL elyon the Father) to be high priest in the order of Melchizedek.

Heb 7:24; 25; 26; 27; 28; but because (Yeshua) lives forever, he has a permanent priesthood. 25 Therefore he is able to save completely those who come to (EL elyon the Father) through him, because he always lives to intercede for them. 26 Such a high priest meets our need—one who is holy, blameless, pure, set apart from sinners, exalted above the heavens. 27 Unlike the other high priests, he does not need to offer sacrifices day after day, first for his own sins, and then for the sins of the people. He sacrificed for their sins once for all when he offered himself. 28 For the law appoints as high priests men who are weak; but the oath, which came after the law, appointed the Son, who has been made perfect forever.

Heb 4:9; 10; 11; 12; 13; There remains, then, a Sabbath-rest for the people of (Eloheyem's Family); 10 for anyone who enters Eloheyem’s rest also rests from his own work, just as (Eloheyem = Father and Son) did from their's. 11 Let us, therefore, make every effort to enter that rest, so that no one will fall by following their example of disobedience. 12 For the word of (Eloheyem the Father and Son) is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. 13 Nothing in all creation is hidden from (Eloheyem’s) sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account.

1 Jn 1:5; 6; 7; 8; 9; 10; This is the message we have heard from him and declare to you: (EL elyon the Father) is light; in him there is no darkness at all. 6 If we claim to have fellowship with him yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live by the truth. 7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of (Yeshua), his Son, purifies us from all sin. 8 If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. 10 If we claim we have not sinned, we make him out to be a liar and his word has no place in our lives.

Ps 51:1-5; 6; 7; 8-9; 10-11; 12-13; 14-16; 17; Have mercy on me, O (Eloheyem), according to your unfailing love; according to your great compassion blot out my transgressions. 2 Wash away all my iniquity and cleanse me from my sin. 3 For I know my transgressions, and my sin is always before me. 4 Against you, you only, have I sinned and done what is evil in your sight, so that you are proved right when you speak and justified when you judge. 5 Surely I was sinful at birth, sinful from the time my mother conceived me. 6 Surely you desire truth in the inner parts; you teach me wisdom in the inmost place. 7 Cleanse me with hyssop, and I will be clean; wash me, and I will be whiter than snow. 8 Let me hear joy and gladness; let the bones you have crushed rejoice. 9 Hide your face from my sins and blot out all my iniquity. 10 Create in me a pure heart, O (Eloheyem), and renew a steadfast spirit within me. 11 Do not cast me from your presence or take your Holy Spirit from me. 12 Restore to me the joy of your salvation and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me. 13 Then I will teach transgressors your ways, and sinners will turn back to you. 14 Save me from bloodguilt, O (Eloheyem), the (Elohe) who saves me, and my tongue will sing of your righteousness. 15 O (Yehwah), open my lips, and my mouth will declare your praise. 16 You do not delight in sacrifice, or I would bring it; you do not take pleasure in burnt offerings. 17 The sacrifices of (Elohe) are a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart, O (Eloheyem), you will not despise.

Jas 4:7; 8; 9; 10; Submit yourselves, then, to (EL elyon the Father). Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. 8 Come near to (the Father) and he will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded. 9 Grieve, mourn and wail. Change your laughter to mourning and your joy to gloom. 10 Humble yourselves before the (Yehwah the Holy One), and he will lift you up.

2 Co 6:14-15; 16; 17; 18; 7:1; Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness? 15 What harmony is there between Christ and Belial? What does a believer have in common with an unbeliever? 16 What agreement is there between the temple of (Eloheyem) and idols? For we are the temple of the living (Eternal Father). As (EL elyon the Father) has said: “I will live with them and walk among them, and I will be their Father, and they will be my people.” 17 “Therefore come out from them and be separate, says (Yehwah). Touch no unclean thing, and I will receive you.” 18 “I will be a Father to you, and you will be my sons and daughters, says (Yehwah) Almighty.” 7:1 Since we have these promises, dear friends, let us purify ourselves from everything that contaminates body and spirit, perfecting holiness out of reverence for (EL elyon the Father).

Pr 21:3; To do what is right and just is more acceptable to (Yehwah) than sacrifice.

Ps 40:6; 7; 8; 9; 10; Sacrifice and offering you did not desire, but my ears you have pierced; burnt offerings and sin offerings you did not require. 7 Then I said, “Here I am, I have come— it is written about me in the scroll. 8 I desire to do your will, O my (Eloheyem); your law is within my heart.” 9 I proclaim righteousness in the great assembly; I do not seal my lips, as you know, O (Yehwah). 10 I do not hide your righteousness in my heart; I speak of your faithfulness and salvation. I do not conceal your love and your truth from the great assembly.

Ro 12:1; 2; Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of (Eloheyem’s) mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to (Eloheyem)—this is your spiritual act of worship. 2 Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what (EL elyon the Father’s) will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

Ro 8:1-3; 4; 5; 6; 7-8; 9; Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ (Yeshua), 2 because through  (the Anointing of Yeshua Spirit ) the law of the Spirit of life set me free from the law of sin and death. 3 For what the law was powerless to do in that it was weakened by the sinful nature, EL elyon the Father did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful man . And so he condemned sin in sinful man, 4 in order that the righteous requirements of the law might be fully met in us, who do not live according to the sinful nature but according to the Spirit. 5 Those who live according to the sinful nature have their minds set on what that nature desires; but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires. 6 The mind of sinful man is death, but the mind controlled by the Spirit is life and peace; 7 the sinful mind is hostile to (EL elyon the Father). It does not submit to (the Father’s) law, nor can it do so. 8 Those controlled by the sinful nature cannot please (the Father). 9 You, however, are controlled not by the sinful nature but by the Spirit, if the Spirit of (EL elyon) lives in you. And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ (the Anointing), he does not belong to Christ (the Messiah).

1 Co 3:16; Don’t you know that you yourselves are (EL elyon the Father’s) temple and that (the Father’s) Spirit lives in you?

1 Co 11:32; When we are judged by (Yehwah the Holy One), we are being disciplined so that we will not be condemned with the world.

Jn 16:8; 9; 10; 11; When (the Father shares His Holy Spirit), He will convict the world of guilt in regard to sin and righteousness and judgment: 9 in regard to sin, because men do not believe in me; 10 in regard to righteousness, because I am going to the Father, where you can see me no longer; 11 and in regard to judgment, because the prince (Satan) of this world now stands condemned.

Le 16:20; 21; “When Aaron has finished making atonement for the Most Holy Place, the Tent of Meeting and the altar, he shall bring forward the live goat. 21 He is to lay both hands on the head of the live goat and confess over it all the wickedness and rebellion of the Israelites—all their sins—and put them on the goat’s head. He shall send the goat away into the desert in the care of a man appointed for the task.

Le 17:7; They must no longer offer any of their sacrifices to the goat idols to whom they prostitute themselves. This is to be a lasting ordinance for them and for the generations to come.’

1 Co 10:20; The sacrifices of pagans are offered to demons, not to EL elyon the Father, and I do not want you to be participants with demons.

Zec 3:1; 2; Then he showed me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of (Yehwah), and Satan standing at his right side to accuse him. 2 (Yehwah) said to Satan, “The (Yehawah; Logos) rebuke you, Satan! The (Yehawah; Logos), who has chosen Jerusalem, rebuke you! Is not this man a burning stick snatched from the fire?”

Lk 10:17; 18; 19; 20; 21; 22; The seventy-two returned with joy and said, “(Yehwah; Yeshua), even the demons submit to us in your name.” 18 He replied, “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven. 19 I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you. 20 However, do not rejoice that the spirits submit to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven.” 21 At that time (Yeshua), full of joy through the Holy Spirit, said, “I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and learned, and revealed them to little children. Yes, Father, for this was your good pleasure. 22 “All things have been committed to me by my Father. No one knows who the Son is except the Father, and no one knows who the Father is except the Son and those to whom the Son chooses to reveal him.”

Mt 12:25; 26; 27; 28; 29; 30; (Yeshua) knew their thoughts and said to them, “Every kingdom divided against itself will be ruined, and every city or household divided against itself will not stand. 26 If Satan drives out Satan, he is divided against himself. How then can his kingdom stand? 27 And if I drive out demons by Beelzebub, by whom do your people drive them out? So then, they will be your judges. 28 But if I drive out demons by the Spirit of (EL elyon the Father), then the kingdom of (Eloheyem the Father) has come upon you. 29 “Or again, how can anyone enter a strong man’s house and carry off his possessions unless he first ties up the strong man? Then he can rob his house. 30 “He who is not with me is against me, and he who does not gather with me scatters.

Ac 26:16; 17; 18; ‘Now get up and stand on your feet. I have appeared to you to appoint you as a servant and as a witness of what you have seen of me and what I will show you. 17 I will rescue you from your own people and from the Gentiles. I am sending you to them 18 to open their eyes and turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to (EL elyon the Father), so that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith in me.’

Ro 16:19; 20; Everyone has heard about your obedience, so I am full of joy over you; but I want you to be wise about what is good, and innocent about what is evil. 20 The (EL elyon the Father) of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet. The grace of our (Yehwah; Yeshua) be with you.

2 Co 2:11; in order that Satan might not outwit us. For we are not unaware of his schemes.

Jas 2:19; 20; You believe that there is one (Eloheyem Family and One Father). Good! Even the demons believe that—and shudder. 20 You foolish man, do you want evidence that faith without deeds is useless?

1 Ti 4:1; 2; The Spirit clearly says that in later times some will abandon the faith and follow deceiving spirits and things taught by demons. 2 Such teachings come through hypocritical liars, whose consciences have been seared as with a hot iron.

2 Th 2:5; 6; 7; 8; 9; 10; 11; 12; Don’t you remember that when I was with you I used to tell you these things? 6 And now you know what is holding him back, so that he may be revealed at the proper time. 7 For the secret power of lawlessness is already at work; but the (One Father) who now holds it back will continue to do so till (Satan's anti-christ) is taken out of the way. 8 And then the lawless one (Satan's  anti-christ) will be revealed, whom the (Yehwah; Yeshua) will overthrow with the breath of his mouth and destroy by the splendor of his coming. 9 The coming of the lawless one (anti-christ) will be in accordance with the work of Satan displayed in all kinds of counterfeit miracles, signs and wonders, 10 and in every sort of evil that deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. 11 For this reason (EL elyon) sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie 12 and so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness.

Jn 8:44; 45; 46; 47; You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desire. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies. 45 Yet because I tell the truth, you do not believe me! 46 Can any of you prove me guilty of sin? If I am telling the truth, why don’t you believe me? 47 He who belongs to (the Father) hears what (EL elyon the Father) says. The reason you do not hear is that you do not belong to (the Eloheyem Family).”

2 Co 11:13; 14; 15; For such men are false apostles, deceitful workmen, masquerading as apostles of Christ. 14 And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light. 15 It is not surprising, then, if his servants masquerade as servants of righteousness. Their end will be what their actions deserve.


Revelation 2:23; 24; 25; 26; 27; 28; 29; I will strike her children dead. Then all the (called out ones) will know that I am he who searches hearts and minds, and I will repay each of you according to your deeds. 24 Now I say to the rest of you in Thyatira, to you who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned Satan’s so-called deep secrets (I will not impose any other burden on you): 25 Only hold on to what you have until I come. 26 To him who overcomes and does my will to the end, I will give authority over the nations— 27 ‘He will rule them with an iron scepter; he will dash them to pieces like pottery’— just as I have received authority from my Father. 28 I will also give him the morning star. 29 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the (called out ones).

Re 12:9; 10; 11; The great dragon was hurled down—that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him. 10 Then I heard a loud voice in heaven say: “Now have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our (EL elyon the Father), and the authority of his (Anointed One; Yeshua). For the accuser of our brothers, who accuses them before our (the Father) day and night, has been hurled down. 11 They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death.


Da 7:24; 25; 26; The ten horns are ten kings who will come from this kingdom. After them another king will arise, different from the earlier ones; he will subdue three kings. 25 He will speak against the Most High and oppress his saints and try to change the set times and the laws. The saints will be handed over to him for a time, times and half a time. 26 “ ‘But the court will sit, and his power will be taken away and completely destroyed forever.

Da 8:9; 10; 11; 12; 13; 14; Out of one of them came another horn, which started small but grew in power to the south and to the east and toward the Beautiful Land. 10 It grew until it reached the host of the heavens, and it threw some of the starry host down to the earth and trampled on them. 11 It set itself up to be as great as the Prince of the host; it took away the daily sacrifice from him, and the place of his sanctuary was brought low. 12 Because of rebellion, the host of the saints and the daily sacrifice were given over to it. It prospered in everything it did, and truth was thrown to the ground. 13 Then I heard a holy one speaking, and another holy one said to him, “How long will it take for the vision to be fulfilled—the vision concerning the daily sacrifice, the rebellion that causes desolation, and the surrender of the sanctuary and of the host that will be trampled underfoot?” 14 He said to me, “It will take 2,300 evenings and mornings; then the sanctuary will be re-consecrated.”

Da 8:23; 24; 25; 26; “In the latter part of their reign, when rebels have become completely wicked, a stern-faced king, a master of intrigue, will arise. 24 He will become very strong, but not by his own power. He will cause astounding devastation and will succeed in whatever he does. He will destroy the mighty men and the holy people. 25 He will cause deceit to prosper, and he will consider himself superior. When they feel secure, he will destroy many and take his stand against the Prince of princes. Yet he will be destroyed, but not by human power. 26 “The vision of the evenings and mornings that has been given you is true, but seal up the vision, for it concerns the distant future.”

Da 9:26; 27; After the sixty-two ‘sevens,’ the (Anointed One;  death and resurrection of; Yeshua) will be cut off and will have nothing. The people of the ruler who will come will destroy the city and the sanctuary. The end will come like a flood: War will continue until the end, and desolations have been decreed. 27 He will confirm a covenant with many for one ‘seven (years).’ In the middle of the ‘seven’ he will put an end to sacrifice and offering. And on a wing of the temple he will set up an abomination that causes desolation, until the end that is decreed is poured out on him.”

Da 11:30; 31; 32; 33; Ships of the western (United States, west of Jerusalem) coastlands will oppose him, and he will lose heart. Then he will turn back and vent his fury against the holy covenant. He will return and show favor to those who forsake the holy covenant. 31 “His armed forces will rise up to desecrate the temple fortress and will abolish the daily sacrifice. Then they will set up the abomination that causes desolation. 32 With flattery he will corrupt those who have violated the covenant, but the people who know their God will firmly resist him. 33 “Those who are wise will instruct many, though for a time they will fall by the sword or be burned or captured or plundered.

Da 11:36; “The king will do as he pleases. He will exalt and magnify himself above every (spiritual influence) and will say unheard-of things against the (EL elyon the Father) of (all  spirit beings). He will be successful until the time of wrath is completed, for what has been determined must take place.

Da 11:44; But reports from the east and the north will alarm him, and he will set out in a great rage to destroy and annihilate many.

Da 12:1; 2; 3; “At that time Michael, the great prince who protects your people, will arise. There will be a time of distress such as has not happened from the beginning of nations until then. But at that time your people—everyone whose name is found written in the book—will be delivered. 2 Multitudes who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake: (first resurrection)some to everlasting life, others (second resurrection) to shame and everlasting contempt. 3 Those who are wise will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness, like the stars for ever and ever.

Da 12:10; 11; 12; Many will be purified, made spotless and refined, but the wicked will continue to be wicked. None of the wicked will understand, but those who are wise will understand. 11 “From the time that the daily sacrifice is abolished and the abomination that causes desolation 

(Mt 24:15; Mk 13:14; ) is set up, there will be 1,290 days. 12 Blessed is the one who waits for and reaches the end of the 1,335 days.


Re 20:1; 2; 3; 4; 5; 6; And I saw an angel coming down out of heaven, having the key to the Abyss and holding in his hand a great chain. 2 He seized the dragon, that ancient serpent, who is the devil, or Satan, and bound him for a thousand years. 3 He threw him into the Abyss, and locked and sealed it over him, to keep him from deceiving the nations anymore until the thousand years were ended. After that, he must be set free for a short time. 4 I saw thrones on which were seated those who had been given authority to judge. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony for (Yeshua) and because of the word of (EL elyon the Father). They had not worshiped the beast or his image and had not received his mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with (Christ; Yeshua) a thousand years. 5 (The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were ended.) This is the first resurrection. 6 Blessed and holy are those who have part in the first resurrection. The second death has no power over them, but they will be priests of "EL elyon the Father" and of "Messiah Yeshua"  and will reign with him for a thousand years.

Eph 5:25; 26; 27; Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ; Yeshua loved the (fellowship of called out ones) and gave himself up for her 26 to make her holy, cleansing her by the washing with water through the word, 27 and to present her to himself as a radiant (union in the Holy Spirit), without stain or wrinkle or any other blemish, but holy and blameless.

Titus 3:4; 5; 6; 7; But when the kindness and love of (EL elyon the Father; and Son) our Savior appeared, 5 he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit, 6 whom he poured out on us generously through Yeshua Christ our Savior, 7 so that, having been justified by his grace, we might become heirs having the hope of eternal life.

Jn 13:14; 15; 16; 17; Now that I, your (Yehwah) and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another’s feet. 15 I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you. 16 I tell you the truth, no servant is greater than his master, nor is a messenger greater than the one who sent him. 17 Now that you know these things, you will be blessed if you do them.

Heb 10:22; 23; 24; let us draw near to (EL elyon the Father) with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water. 23 Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful. 24 And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds.

Is 4:4; Yehwah will wash away the filth of the women of Zion; he will cleanse the bloodstains from Jerusalem by a spirit of judgment and a spirit of fire.

Eze 36:25; 26; 27; 28; 29; I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean; I will cleanse you from all your impurities and from all your idols. 26 I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh. 27 And I will put my Spirit in you and move you to follow my decrees and be careful to keep my laws. 28 You will live in the land I gave your forefathers; you will be my people, and I will be your (EL elyon Father). 29 I will save you from all your uncleanness. I will call for the grain and make it plentiful and will not bring famine upon you. 


Da 11:33; 34; 35; “Those who are wise will instruct many, though for a time they will fall by the sword or be burned or captured or plundered. 34 When they fall, they will receive a little help, and many who are not sincere will join them. 35 Some of the wise will stumble, so that they may be refined, purified and made spotless until the time of the end, for it will still come at the appointed time.

Re 7:13; 14; 15; 16; 17; Then one of the elders asked me, “These in white robes—who are they, and where did they come from?” 14 I answered, “Sir, you know.” And he said, “These are they who have come out of the great tribulation; they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. 15 Therefore, “they are before the throne of (Elohe the Son) and serve him day and night in his temple; and he who sits on the throne will spread his tent over them. 16 Never again will they hunger; never again will they thirst. 1 Pe 1:18; 19; 20; 21; 22; 23; For you know that it was not with perishable things such as silver or gold that you were redeemed from the empty way of life handed down to you from your forefathers, 19 but with the precious blood of Messiah Yeshua,  a lamb without blemish or defect. 20 He was chosen before the creation of the world, but was revealed in these last times for your sake. 21 Through him you believe in (EL elyon the Father), who raised him from the dead and glorified him, and so your faith and hope are in (the  Heavenly Father). 22 Now that you have purified yourselves by obeying the truth so that you have sincere love for your brothers, love one another deeply, from the heart. 23 For you have been born again, not of perishable seed, but of imperishable, through the living and enduring word of (Eloheyem the Father and Son).

Is 35:1-2; 3-4; 5-6; 7; 8; 9; 10; The desert and the parched land will be glad; the wilderness will rejoice and blossom. Like the crocus, 2 it will burst into bloom; it will rejoice greatly and shout for joy. The glory of Lebanon will be given to it, the splendor of Carmel and Sharon; they will see the glory of the (Yehwah), the splendor of our Elohe. 3 Strengthen the feeble hands, steady the knees that give way; 4 say to those with fearful hearts, “Be strong, do not fear; your (Elohe) will come, he will come with vengeance; with divine retribution he will come to save you.” 5 Then will the eyes of the blind be opened and the ears of the deaf unstopped. 6 Then will the lame leap like a deer, and the mute tongue shout for joy. Water will gush forth in the wilderness and streams in the desert. 7 The burning sand will become a pool, the thirsty ground bubbling springs. In the haunts where jackals once lay, grass and reeds and papyrus will grow. 8 And a highway will be there; it will be called the Way of Holiness. The unclean will not journey on it; it will be for those who walk in that Way; wicked fools will not go about on it. 9 No lion will be there, nor will any ferocious beast get up on it; they will not be found there. But only the redeemed will walk there, 10 and the ransomed of the (Yehwah; Yeshua) will return. They will enter Zion with singing; everlasting joy will crown their heads. Gladness and joy will overtake them, and sorrow and sighing will flee away.

Isaiah 51:10; 11; Was it not you who dried up the sea, the waters of the great deep, who made a road in the depths of the sea so that the redeemed might cross over? 11 The ransomed of the (Yehwah; Yeshua) will return. They will enter Zion with singing; everlasting joy will crown their heads. Gladness and joy will overtake them, and sorrow and sighing will flee away.

Jer 31:11; 12; For the (Yehawah; Yeshua) will ransom Jacob and redeem them from the hand of those stronger than they. 12 They will come and shout for joy on the heights of Zion; they will rejoice in the bounty of the (Yehwah; Yeshua)— the grain, the new wine and the oil, the young of the flocks and herds. They will be like a well-watered garden, and they will sorrow no more.

Re 14:1; 2; 3; 4; 5; Then I looked, and there before me was the Lamb, standing on Mount Zion, and with him 144,000 who had his name and his Father’s name written on their foreheads. 2 And I heard a sound from heaven like the roar of rushing waters and like a loud peal of thunder. The sound I heard was like that of harpists playing their harps. 3 And they sang a new song before the throne and before the four living creatures and the elders. No one could learn the song except the 144,000 who had been redeemed from the earth. 4 These are those who did not defile themselves with women, for they kept themselves pure. They follow the Lamb wherever he goes. They were purchased from among men and offered as firstfruits to (EL elyon the Most High Father) and the Lamb. 5 No lie was found in their mouths; they are blameless.


{Tyndale Bible Dictionary}ATONEMENT In Christian thought, the act by which God and man are brought together in personal relationship. The term is derived from Anglo-Saxon words meaning “making at one,” hence “at-one-ment.” It presupposes a separation or alienation that needs to be overcome if human beings are to know God and have fellowship with him.
